Use Regisrty to show SUPER HIDDEN FILES

Use Registry to show "SUPER HIDDEN FILES" ! M1cr0s0ft NEVER intended you to see them!

THE FILES M1CR0S0FT NEVER INTENDED YOU TO SEE!

Hidden Operating System Files - Controls whether Operating System Files are shown in Windows Explorer. By default they are hidden, and just changing the Hidden Files registry key will not show them. These are files that M1cr0soft NEVER intended you to see!

Note: This is not the same as showing Hidden Files and Folders! Hidden Files and Folders are not the same as "Hidden Operating System Files". These files are known as Super Hidden Files in the registry!

Hidden Files and Folders uses the Value Name of "Hidden", where as "Hidden Operating System Files" uses the registry Value Name of "ShowSuperHidden" in the registry.

At this time I can only say that this works in all XP versions. Not sure about Vista and 7, as I have not tried these versions as of yet, but I will within the next weeks. If it does work for your Vista OR 7, please let me know. I've done this on ALL XP versions and Server 2003 and I know it works. Good Luck!

    In Windows XP:

    [Start] [Run] [Regedit]

    Registry Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\Advanced
Data Type: REG_DWORD [Dword Value] // Value Name: ShowSuperHidden
Modify/Create the Value Name [ShowSuperHidden] according to the Value Data listed below.
    Value Data: [0 = ShowSuperHidden Disabled / 1 = ShowSuperHidden Enabled]

    Exit Registry.
    Reboot
